Develop and execute the foundation’s vision for diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. The Executive Vice President will work closely with the President and other key leaders, while guiding, assessing, and institutionalizing policies and practices that encourage a culture of trust, transparency and openness.


Salary Range: $160,000 to $180,000

Virginia

Provide oversight, coordination, training, and support for the system-level strategies to address the social and emotional learning of all students. Leverage the expertise of outside partners and organizations to ensure a cooperative culture amongst the team.


Salary Range:  $90,000 to $120,000

Maryland


Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all of the organization’s fundraising efforts. The Director of Development will work with the Executive Director to ensure inclusive practices are considered in all fundraising activities.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
